Fleet update September 2026

After more than 5 years of service with Trendco, the MTS Canford has been sold to a new owner and is therefore no longer part of the fleet. We are very grateful to the former owner for the Canfords loyal service. We are also incredibly pleased that the same owner has placed the MTS Cella with Trendco. The Cella is still a relatively new barge, built in 2020, and with her dimensions of 110 by 11.45 meters, she is suitable for operation in both ARA and on the Rhine, in addition, she also has the option to heat the cargo. We see a bright future for this barge at Trendco.

Around the same time, the new-build project MTS Queste was also completed. The owners of the Queste had also placed their previous barge with Trendco, which makes it all the more gratifying that the new Queste has also begun sailing under the Trendco flag. Measuring 135 by 17.5 meters, she is among the largest barges in the fleet and is a very welcome addition. The Queste also has the option to heat its cargo, making her well-suited for ARA operations.

We thank both owners for their trust in Trendco, and we look forward with confidence to the future with the addition of these two fine barges.
