From our office at the Merwekade in Dordrecht, we overlook one of the busiest waterways in the Netherlands, where the Noord, Oude Maas and Beneden Merwede converge.
Barges to and from Rotterdam, Belgium, and Germany pass our home base daily. From this strategic location, we provide daily inland waterway transport with an eye for quality, reliability, and efficiency.

Trendco transports a wide range of products by water. The majority of shipments consist of so-called lights, such as naphtha and gasoline. These products form an important part of the energy and petrochemical chain and require reliable and careful transport.
In addition to these products, there is also room for other cargoes. For instance, our barges can also be deployed for the transport of diesel and FAME (biodiesel) and light chemicals. Thanks to the modern and well-equipped fleet, Trendco can respond flexibly to various transport needs within the market. Regardless of the product, safety, efficiency, and clear communication are central to every transport.
Destinations
Trendco operates a modern and sustainable inland shipping fleet, focused on safety, efficiency, and innovation. Our operating area primarily covers the major rivers, canals, and seaports of the Netherlands and Belgium. Additionally, we also operate on the Rhine and its tributaries in Germany, France, and Switzerland.
Trendco is active in Belgium with regular calls at Ghent and Antwerp, and serves major inland ports along the Rhine and associated waterway network.
In the Netherlands, Trendco barges sail to Amsterdam, Rotterdam, and Vlissingen, connecting important ports via the Rhine and its tributaries.
Germany is an important sailing area for Trendco, with destinations such as Gelsenkirchen, Godorf, and Karlsruhe along the Rhine as far as Birsfelden.
In France, Trendco provides reliable inland shipping connections between Strasbourg and Village-Neuf via the Rhine and the surrounding waterways.
Trendco, together with Trendco Swiss, is part of the Maaskade Group. Together with other group members, they play a key role in inland waterway transport throughout Europe and offer reliable, efficient, and sustainable transport solutions.
